"Our Branch had the pleasure of having Steve play at our VJ Commemorations. Steve played as our members arrived before the service and gave us the tunes When the Battles O'er, and The Flowers of the Forest during the laying of the wreaths. It was a very moving tribute.
Steve also attended our Armistice Day service and brought with him his friend Kingsley, who played the Drum. The pair performed wonderfully before, during and after the service and made our commemorations very special. Steve has always given his time to us free of charge for such occasions, thank you Steve."

50th Birthday Celebration

"Steve and his wife Helen came along to play outside our house as a suprise that I had organised for my husband Ian's 50th Birthday. Because of the Covid restrictions they played on the footpath suitably socially distanced! It was absolutely wonderful! It sounded beautiful and they looked so smart. They played a full 20 minute set, none stop. It took Ian right back to his days in the Army. He loved it so much that it brought a tear to his eye! We can't wait for another suitable occassion so that we can book Steve and Helen again. I can't recommend them highly enough"

We booked Steve as a suprise for our guests but especially my Dad as he is a Scot. Steve did an excellent job, everyone loved him especially Dad! Our wedding had been postponed numerous times because of the pandemic and Steve was really helpful and supportive about it all and we were so pleased that he was able to play at our wedding. Highly recommended.
90th Birthday Celebration
The Piping Hot Mini Band came to play at my Mothers 90th! Absolutely fabulous! Mom loved the suprise as did all of the neighbours who came out to watch. They even played Happy Birthday for Mom and got everyone singing. Mom especially enjoyed the tune "Marie's Wedding" because she used to dance to that with my Dad.
We decidied to book Steve & Helen very last minute as a suprise for my Dads birthday. They looked wonderful and were so friendly. They played for much longer than we had booked them for and even played "Land of my Fathers", the Welsh National Anthem for my Dad at his request, which he loved. We couldn't get over how reasonable their prices were! We will be booking again for our next party!

Centenary Celebrations 2021
We booked "Piping Hot" to open our evening of Centenary Celebrations and they did a fabulous job, Extremely well turned out, very professional and sounding wonderful.
